40 years ITI: Be part of the celebrations

40 years of ITI

The ITI is turning 40 and is ready to party! Four decades of innovation, education and growth deserve some crazy birthday activities and the whole ITI community is invited to join the celebrations and take an active part in making this year even more special.

40 years ITI would not have been possible without all the Fellows, Members and supporters out there, and the ITI is taking this special opportunity to thank the whole ITI community. To show its gratitude and to provide a platform for the celebrations throughout the year, the ITI has set up a dedicated birthday microsite. It takes visitors on a journey through the organization’s past up the present day and offers many possibilities for interaction, fun, games and competitions.

This microsite is the place to go for all those who are interested in background on the organization’s rich history. Engaging video interviews and the birthday book “40 Years ITI” offer deep insights into different aspects of the organization and bring to light some unknown facts. However, this dynamic website will only truly come to life with the contributions and participation of the ITI community. All those who would like to send their birthday wishes to the ITI are invited to upload their congratulations video or add content to the social wall using the hashtag #40YearsITI on Instagram or Twitter. A visual timeline allows visitors to orient to key moments over the last 40 years and prepares them perfectly for the regular quizzes that come with great prizes.

“With this website, we aim not only to pay homage to the people who drove the organization’s development and honor its legacy, but also to transmit the ITI’s unique spirit and philosophy to the next generation”, said ITI President Stephen Chen. “We would like to thank all the Fellows and Members around the world who have made the ITI what it is today.”
