On March 11, 2026, the ITI Study Club Games Opening Ceremony officially launched an exciting new chapter for the global ITI community. Hosted by the ITI President Ronald Jung, with special guests Charlotte Stilwell, Nikos Mattheos, and Kevser Pala, the live broadcast was a vibrant experience, sparking energy, inspiration, and a strong sense of connection. The ceremony also featured the reveal of the ITI World Symposium 2027 scientific program, building anticipation for what lies ahead and linking the Games directly to the ITI’s most significant global events.
One of the highlights was the official kickoff of the Games journey, as the 40 ITI Sections were assigned to one of five topical disciplines and the Section-level Games got underway. The excitement was amplified by a lively lucky draw, which kept viewers engaged until the very end and added a fun, celebratory twist to the launch. Altogether, the Opening Ceremony perfectly captured the spirit of the ITI Study Club Games: learning, collaboration, friendly competition, and a vibrant global community. Now, the spotlight turns to the ITI Study Club Directors. Using the World Symposium Study Club Box, they can bring their members together, run a treatment planning session, and compete at the local level. This competition is a fantastic opportunity to engage Study Club members all over the world in implant dentistry education, spark meaningful discussion, and represent their Section on the road to Milan.
The Games are officially underway – now is the time to get involved, access the materials on the Study Club Games landing page, and activate your Study Club. Each Section will select one winning Study Club to advance to the next stage – the global-level Games – bringing participants one step closer to recognition at the ITI World Symposium 2027 in Milan.
